PTFE
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), also known as Teflon, is a versatile plastic material with exceptional properties. It is chemically resistant, non-stick, and can withstand high temperatures (-200°C to +260°C). PTFE is commonly used in industries such as chemical processing, food processing, electrical engineering, automotive, and medical due to its unique combination of properties.
Properties
l Resistant to low and high temperatures (-200°C ~+260°C)
l Non-stickiness, low water absorption
l Non-flammable, corrosion resistance
l Oxidation resistance
Applications
l Anti-corrosive insulating tubes for insulating sheaths, anti-corrosive pipes, and various corrosive environments.
l Heat exchangers, lubrication of bearings, piston rings, oil seals and seals and other mechanical aspects
l Used in anti-adhesive materials involved in construction and guide rails, etc.
l According to customer requirements, different filler materials can be added to enhance the performance of the required aspects.
